Now we’re hiring a Training & Engagement Specialist to bring it to life.
You won’t be writing the handbook—you’ll be the voice that brings it off the page. The coach, the energizer, the person who helps new BCBA entrepreneurs believe, “I can actually do this.”
This is not a ‘stand and read the slides’ kind of job.
If you love doing dry, by-the-book trainings… this one’s not for you.

Here’s what you’ll do:
• Guide new BCBAs through the startup process (LLCs, systems, referrals—don’t worry, we’ve got the how-to handled)
• Lead engaging trainings that actually connect and stick
• Support providers as they build confidence and momentum
• Collaborate with our small-but-mighty team to make things even better
• Be part of something meaningful, fast-moving, and truly different
