Job Description: A prestigious AmLaw firm is looking for a strategic and experienced Practice Operations Manager to oversee their Litigation team. This role involves managing complex operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the operations of the litigation practice, ensuring efficient workflow and resource use.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance practice efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Supervise case logistics, including scheduling, document management, and communication.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee budgets, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the firm's financial objectives.

Qualifications:
