This position is for a licensed or license-eligible clinician with 1-3 years of experience in providing clinical diagnostic and treatment services, including assessments, individual, group, family, and behavioral interventions, as well as psychological testing.
- The clinician will conduct psychosocial assessments and deliver care through therapeutic techniques to help patients and families achieve healthcare goals.
- They will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring standards are met, and may provide coverage in different hospital areas, requiring flexibility and travel between two hospitals 30 minutes apart.
- Responsibilities may also include program consultation, staff education, and supervision based on departmental needs.
- Required education is a doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-approved program, with preferred specialized training in neuropsychology or health psychology.
- Must hold a Missouri State Psychologist License and possess skills in assessment, treatment, team integration, and working independently, with an understanding of age-specific patient needs.
