About the Roles

The Clinical Directors oversee and direct the clinical operations within the organization’s Early Intervention Clinic/Academy and Community Living divisions. These leadership roles ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement in clinical practices to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Directly oversee and supervise clinical services within EIC/A and CL, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
Develop and implement evidence-based clinical strategies, programs, and interventions tailored to the client’s needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage clinical teams, including Lead Clinicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Operations Managers, and other clinical staff such as Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs.)
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive clinical initiatives and innovations.
Ensure clinical services are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA therapy.
Serve and chair various clinical committees, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring productive and focused meetings.
Meet outlined requirements by the BACB, licensing board, and BHA policies to maintain current certification and licensure.
Provide mentorship and supervision to BCBAs/LBAs, BCaBAs/LaBAs, P-LBAs, and individuals working towards their BCBA certification as outlined by the BACB and BHA policies.
Collaborate with all necessary internal team members.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited program.
BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
MO State License and KS State License through their respective Behavior Analyst Advisory Boards.
Completion of the 8-hour supervision course.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in clinical operations management and strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, clinical best practices, and regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis for informed decision-making to enhance clinical services.
Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective time management abilities.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and fiscal responsibility.
For Community Living, a valid CDL with P endorsement or Class E driver's license with S endorsement is preferred but not required at application; must be obtained before start date.
